Mrs. Vicki Graves-Hill

Dear Roll Hill Parents/ Guardians, 

My name is Vicki Graves-Hill and I am the principal of Roll Hill School. I would like to thank you for trusting me with your child. I am very excited to continue to be a part of this school community. I am a product of Cincinnati Public Schools. I attended the School for the Creative and Performing Arts and I graduated from Aiken High School.

I started my career as a teacher in Cincinnati Public Schools. I taught at Roberts, Schwab and College Hill Elementary. I was the Assistant Principal at North Fairmount Elementary and I have proudly been a Principal for 18 years. I am a graduate of the University of Cincinnati where I earned my Bachelor’s and Masters in Elementary Education. I received my credentials for Administration from Xavier University. I also received credentials as a Turn-Around Specialist from the University of Virginia.

Over the years, I have mentored several aspiring administrators to become successful principals throughout the district. I have facilitated professional development for teachers and administrators locally and in other districts within Ohio.

Under my leadership, Roll Hill School has achieved awards for Value Added, Increased Performance Index, and raising the two achievement ratings on the state report card. This means that the students at Roll Hill are consistently showing growth in achievement. 

One of the most important characteristics about me that I would like to share is that I am passionate about the East Westwood, North Fairmount, and Roll Hill Communities. I believe that having a strong elementary foundation is important for their future in high school. I come to work each day to make sure that the children that attend Roll Hill School have a great elementary school foundation. I also want every parent that drops their child off at Roll Hill to know that I love their child and I will do everything in my power to make sure that they have a great experience at Roll Hill School.
