Remote Device Support and Break/Fix Services for Students

Student Device Support

Effective January 12, 2022, student device assistance and break/fix operations will transition to five geographically dispersed schools for students that need to swap their device during remote learning. Students are welcome to go to any of the five hubs for technical support. Service hours and locations are shown below. 

  • Students and families will be asked to call the Family Technology Service Desk (FTS) at (513) 363-0688 or email to coordinate an exchange of a broken device.
